Conference committee reports

Ms. DiZoglio moves to amend the report by striking Rule 11B and inserting in place thereof the following rule:-

"11B. No report from a committee of conference shall be considered or acted upon by either branch prior to 72 hours after such time as said report shall have been available to the public and to the members of the General Court, except that a report from such committee of conference that it is unable to agree may be considered and acted upon at the time that such report is filed.";

and in Rule 11D by striking "by 9 p.m. on the day" and inserting in place thereof the following:- "no later than 72 hours".
