Federal Reimbursment

Mr. Tarr and Ms. Jehlen move that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 4000-2026, by inserting after the word “item”, in line 36, the following words:-

“; provided further, that the division of capital asset management and maintenance, in consultation with the executive office of health and human services and the department of veterans’ services, shall seek to maximize federal reimbursement for funds expended from this item”.
