Long-Term Care Experts to Advise on Plans for New Veterans Homes and Facilities

Mr. Timilty, Ms. Moran, Ms. Jehlen, Messrs. Pacheco and Gomez move that the proposed new text be amended in item 4000-2027, in line 65, after the word “facilities;” by adding the following words:-

“provided further, the division, in consultation with the executive office of health and human services, shall seek input from residential long-term care experts when designing new homes or facilities”.
