Mr. Tarr, Ms. Rausch, Messrs. Timilty and Montigny move that the proposed new text be amended by striking in line 125 the following:- "Annually, not later than December 31" and inserting in place thereof the following:-"Every six months, not later than June 30 and December 31"

moves to further amend in line 138 after the word, "means" the following:-"and posted on the website of the general court, and on the website of the department of veterans' services".
