Mr. Keenan, Ms. Rausch, Ms. Jehlen and Mr. Montigny move that the proposed new text be amended by striking, in line 95, the words "levels; and (viii)", and inserting in place thereof the following words:-

"levels; (viii) an analysis of the accessibility of additional regionally equitable veterans’ homes, including, but not limited to, the availability of existing or proposed bus, commuter rail, shuttle, subway or trolley services for veterans and their family members who may lack car access or may no longer drive; and (ix)"
