Extension of Informing Tenants of Funding Assistance and Rights when Receiving Notice to Quit

Mr. Keenan moves to amend the bill by striking out, in Section 12, the words "10 days after the termination or nullification of the Temporary Halt in Residential Evictions to Prevent the Further Spread of COVID-19 Order issued by the federal Centers for Disease Control and Prevention" and inserting in place thereof the following words:- "April 1, 2022" and by striking out, in Section 15, the words “Said section 1 of said chapter 257 is hereby repealed.”
