Unemployment

Mr. Tarr moves to amend the bill by inserting after section __ the following new section:-

"SECTION_. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary the secretary of labor and workforce development in consultation with the secretary of housing and economic development shall develop a plan to incentivize claimants receiving unemployment compensation to gain employment.

Said plan and recommendations shall be submitted to the clerks of the house and senate and the joint committee on labor and workforce development within 60 days".
