Notification by the Governor

Mr. Tarr moves to amend the bill by striking out in line 89 the figure "45" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- "30"; and by inserting in line 91 after the word "pandemic" the following words:- ", provided that said public health emergency has been in place for at least 90 days".
