PPP Forgiveness Tax Exemption Extension

Messrs. Hinds and Collins, Ms. Moran, Messrs. Timilty and O'Connor move to amend the bill by adding at the end thereof the following new section:-

"SECTION XX. Chapter 9 of the Acts of 2021 is hereby amended, in section 12, by adding after the words "January 1, 2020" the words "or January 1, 2021".
