Child Care Affordability for Early Educators

Ms. Moran and Mr. Tarr move that the proposed new text be amended by inserting the following section:-

"SECTION X. Chapter 4L of the General Laws is hereby amended by adding the following paragraph:-

The Operational Services Division shall promulgate regulations to allow early education providers to provide discounted child care rates for early educators and staff employed by the provider."
