Hemp Growth

Mr. Hinds moves that the proposed new text be amended by adding at the end thereof the following new section:-

"SECTION XX. Section 2 of Chapter 61A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2018 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting in line 4 after the word 'tobacco' the following words:- 'hemp as defined in section 116 of chapter 128,'."
