Early Educator Substitute Teacher Database

Ms. Moran and Mr. Tarr move that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 3000-1021, by adding the following words:- “provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended for the development of a centralized database for substitute early childhood educators”; and by striking out the figure “$131,060,103” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$131,110,103”.
