Subcommittees of the MBTA Board of Directors

Mr. Keenan moves that the proposed new text be amended by inserting after the word "board" on line 673 the following words:- ". Each subcommittee shall have three board members. The appointee by the governor who has experience in transportation operations and safety shall chair the subcommittee on safety, health and environment. The appointee by the governor who has experience in public or private finance shall chair the subcommittee on audit and finance. Each subcommittee shall meet not less than 1 time every other month".
