Citywide Sidewalk Repairs in Springfield

Mr. Gomez moves that the proposed new text be amended in Section X, in item XXXX-XXXX, by adding the following words:- "provided further, that not less than $1,000,000 be expended for citywide sidewalk repairs in the City of Springfield"; and by striking out the figure "$XXX" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- "$XXX".
