Elm Street and Route 20 Intersection in West Springfield

Mr. Gomez moves that the proposed new text be amended in Section 4, in item 6121-2127, by adding the following words:- "provided further, that not less than $750,000 be expended for the Elm Street and Route 20 intersection road redesign in West Springfield"; and by striking out the figure "$25,000,000" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- "$25,750,000."
