MBTA and Local Permitting

Mr. Tarr moves that the proposed new text be amended by inserting after section _ the following new section:-

"SECTION_. Section 24 of the chapter 79 of the acts of 2014 is hereby amended by inserting after the words, 'applicable law' at the end the first sentence the following:-'; provided that said projects are not  within Zone 1 as defined in 310 CMR 22.02 of a public water supply well or Wellfield'."
