Data Transparency

Mr. Cyr moves that the proposed new draft be amended by adding at the end of section 1 the following sentence:-

“The commissioner of elementary and secondary education shall make the data collected pursuant to this section available to the public on the department’s website and transmit the data collected pursuant to this section to the department of public health within 30 days of the biennial deadline for data submission.”
