Ensuring Compliance with Mandated ERIC Enrollment

Ms. Rausch and Ms. Gobi move that the proposed new draft be amended in section 22, in line 473, by inserting at the end thereof the following sentence:- The state secretary shall issue reports on the progress toward the requirements in this section to the  senate and house committees on ways and means, the senate and house committees on rules, the chairs of the joint committee on elections laws, the attorney general, the auditor, and the residents of the commonwealth by public posting on his website no later than January 1, 2022 and April 1, 2022.
