Election Safeguards

Mr. Fattman moves that the proposed new draft be amended in section 11, by inserting after the word “election”, in line 337, the following words:-

“; and provided further, that notice of the date, time and location of any such opening or depositing shall be posted at least 2 business days in advance of the opening or depositing and the opening or depositing shall be open to the public”; and

in section 20, by inserting after the word “election”, in line 449, the following words:-

“; and provided further, that notice of the date, time and location of any such opening or depositing shall be posted 2 business days in advance of the opening or depositing and the opening or depositing shall be open to the public”.
