Counting Ballots Takes Time

Mr. Keenan moves that the proposed new draft be amended after the word "ballot" in line 202 by inserting the following sentences:-

". This mailing shall include prominently-placed language informing all registered voters that, due to the number of voters who may vote by mail or by drop box, the time to tabulate the results of the election could last a few days past the day of the election. This language shall also appear in a prominent place on the website of the state secretary."
