Municipal Cost Reimbursement

Ms. Moran, Ms. Gobi, Messrs. O'Connor and Keenan move that the proposed new draft be amended by inserting the following section:-

SECTION X. The reasonable cost to cities and towns of implementing this Act shall be eligible for reimbursement from the General Fund.
