Cradles to Crayons

Messrs. Keenan and Crighton, Ms. DiZoglio, Mr. Eldridge, Ms. Chang-Diaz, Messrs. O'Connor, Brady, Gomez, Feeney, Timilty, Velis and Collins move that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item XXXX-XXXX, by inserting the following words:- "; provided further, that not less than $2,250,000 shall be expended to Cradles to Crayons for needs exacerbated by COVID-19 and the rise in clothing insecurity, including, but not limited to, an inventory management system; a volunteer management system; clothing insecurity screening and tracking; equipment to manage product collection and distribution; and purchasing to meet clothing needs".
