Lynn King's Beach CSO Remediation

Mr. Crighton moves that the proposed new text be amended in section 2A, in item 1599-2051, by adding the following words:- “provided further, that not less than $2,500,000 shall be expended to the city of Lynn for projects to improve water quality at King’s beach; provided further, that not less than $2,500,000 shall be expended to the town of Swampscott for projects to improve water quality at King’s beach”.
