Messrs. Kennedy and Feeney, Ms. Comerford, Messrs. Cronin and Moore, Ms. DiZoglio, Mr. Eldridge, Ms. Rausch, Messrs. Tarr, Collins, Rush, Velis, Crighton and Hinds, Ms. Moran, Ms. Chang-Diaz, Mr. O'Connor, Ms. Gobi, Messrs. Brady, Gomez and Pacheco move that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 1599-2043, in line 626, by inserting after “organizations” the following:  “and artists”; and further moves to amend the same item by striking “$75,000,000” and inserting in place thereof: “$200,000,000”.
