Mr. Lewis moves that the proposed new text be amended in section 2a, line item 1599-2051 by inserting the following: -“ provided further, that not less than $60,000 shall be expended to The Food Drive in the City of Melrose for the purchase of equipment to facilitate food rescue, collection and distribution.”
