Rural Considerations in Portal Design

Ms. Comerford and Ms. Gobi move that the proposed new draft be amended in section 1, in line 24, by inserting after the words “chapter 66.” the following sentence:- “In designing the portal, the secretary shall take into account the needs of residents in rural communities and those without access to broadband internet service.".
