Messrs. Crighton, Tarr and Eldridge move that the proposed new draft be amended in section 53, by inserting after the words "Massachusetts Organization for Addiction Recovery, Inc.;" the following words:- "1 member who identifies as having lived experience of mental health or substance use treatment; 1 family member of a person being treated for a mental health or substance use disorder;”
