Minority Business Enterprise Inclusion

Mr. Gomez, Ms. Rausch and Mr. O'Connor move that the proposed new text be amended in Section 2A, by inserting in line 51, after the word “2022”, the following:- “provided further, that certified minority business enterprises that are able to supply the needed products at market rate pricing shall be contracted with at a rate of at least 25% of funds allocated therein”; and by inserting in said section, in line 77, after the word “distributed” the following:- “provided further, that certified minority business enterprises that are able to supply the needed products at market rate pricing shall be contracted with at a rate of at least 25% of funds allocated therein”.
