Liability Protections for Community Mental Health Centers

Mr. Cyr and Ms. Rausch move that the proposed new text be amended in Section 9, by inserting after “130 CMR 405.000”, in line 239, the following words:-

“and mental health centers, as defined in 130 CMR 429.000”.
