Long Term Care Provider Civil Liability Protections

Mr. Cyr, Ms. Rausch and Mr. Tarr move that the proposed new text be amended in section 9 by inserting after the number “111”, in line 240, the following words:- “ ; (v) skilled nursing facilities, as licensed under section 71 of said chapter 111; (vi) assisted living residences, as defined in section 1 of chapter 19D of the General Laws; (vii) rest homes, as referenced in said section 71 of said chapter 111; or (viii) step down skilled nursing facility sites designated by the commissioner of public health to provide COVID-19 health care services".
