Nursing Graduate Students

Messrs. Cyr and Timilty, Ms. Rausch, Messrs. Tarr, Montigny and Pacheco and Ms. Moran move that the proposed new text be amended by inserting the following new sections:-

"SECTION X. Section 27 of Chapter 20 of the Acts of 2021 is hereby amended by striking out the word ‘and’ and striking out the figure '25'.

SECTION X. Said chapter 20 is hereby further amended by inserting after Section 31 the following section:-

'Section 31A. Section 25 shall be repealed on October 1, 2022.'."
