Recommendation for Proposed Legislation to Implement Access and Affordability Plans

Messrs. Keenan, Timilty and O'Connor move that the proposed new draft be amended by striking out the word "may", in line 350, and inserting in place thereof the following word:-"shall"

and, by inserting after the word “section.”, in line 353, the following words:- “The recommendation shall be publicly posted on the commission's website."
