Protecting Patient Choice

Messrs. Tarr and Timilty move that the proposed new draft be amended by inserting in line 750 after the word, "mail order pharmacy", the following words:- "; provided further, steering of patients to a particular mail service pharmacy by a carrier or agent of an insurer providing pharmacy benefits management shall be prohibited".
