Quality-adjusted life years

Messrs. Crighton and Keenan and Ms. Chang-Diaz move that the proposed new draft be amended in section 21, in line 237, by striking out the words “shall not employ a measure or metric” and inserting in place thereof the words:- “shall not employ a dollars per quality adjusted life year or similar measure or metric".
