Reducing the cost of pharmacy benefits

Messrs. Tarr and Timilty and Ms. Moran move that the proposed new draft be amended in line 1061 after the word “price” the following:- “(xiv) evaluate the effect of differences between pharmacy benefit manager payments to pharmacies and charges made to health carrier clients on drug price”.
