Damages for Artificially Hiking Drug Prices

Ms. Moran and Mr. Timilty move that the proposed new draft be amended by adding the following new section:-

"SECTION XX.  Section 1. Nothing in this act shall interfere with private right of action.

Section 2. A pharmaceutical manufacturing company shall be subject to actual damages, compensatory damages, punitive damages, injunctive relief or any other appropriate relief for removing drugs off the market with the intent to increase medication prices."
