Prescription Drug Cost Assistance Trust Fund

Messrs. Tarr and Fattman move that the proposed new draft be amended be amended in section 40, in the proposed first paragraph of subsection (a) of section 2RRRRR of chapter 29, by inserting after the third sentence the following sentence:- “The secretary shall seek to maximize available federal reimbursements for money spent from the fund.”.
