Home Policies Developed by Secretary of Veterans' Services

Messrs. Velis, Lesser and Gomez, Ms. Gobi, Ms. Comerford, Messrs. Hinds and Pacheco move that the proposed new text be amended by inserting in section 71, in line 394, the following sentence:- “In developing rules and regulations for existing homes and future homes, the secretary shall prioritize medical needs and residents in counties and surrounding counties of the homes in admission policies.”
