Pilot training program for those who want to become staff at the veteran's homes

Messrs. Tarr and Timilty move that the proposed new text be amended by inserting after section _ the following new section:-

"SECTION_. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary the secretary of veterans services in conjunction with the executive office of labor and workforce development shall develop a pilot training program for citizens interested in working in the veterans homes. The results of said pilot program with recommendations shall be submitted to the clerks of the house and senate 30 days after the conclusion of said program."
