Messrs. Gomez, Lesser and Velis move that the proposed new text be amended by inserting the following item:-

XXXX-XXXX For a reserve to address the emergency health and safety issues at the Roderick L. Ireland Courthouse in Springfield. Funds may be used for any aspect of the public health emergency at the Court House, including, but not limited to costs associated with the transfer of employees and services to safe work locations, rehabilitation, repair, remediation and the construction of a new courthouse………………..$200,000,000.
