Rollover of RAFT Funds

Messrs. Keenan and O'Connor, Ms. Moran, Ms. Jehlen, Mr. Eldridge, Ms. Gobi, Messrs. Gomez and Velis, Ms. Rausch, Ms. Comerford, Messrs. Moore and Feeney, Ms. Chang-Diaz, Messrs. Timilty, Brady and Pacheco move that the proposed new text be amended in section 2 in item 7004-9316, by adding after the figure "$100,000,000", the following words:- "; provided, that any unexpended funds appropriated for this item in fiscal year 2022 shall not revert to the General Fund but shall be made available for the purposes of this item in fiscal year 2023."
