Ms. Lovely and Mr. Tarr move that the proposed new text be amended in Section 62, in line 672, by inserting after the words “Local 888” the following:-

"and

(47)       between the commonwealth, the North and South Essex Registry of Deeds and the AFSCME Local 653”.
