Mr. Timilty moves that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 1599-0793, by adding the following words:-  "; provided further, that not less than $5,000 shall be expended to the Easton Food Pantry"; and in said section 2, in said item 1599-0793, by striking out the figure "$700,000,000" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- "$700,005,000".
