Billboards

Messrs. O'Connor, Tarr and Keenan move that the proposed new draft be amended by inserting at the end the following:-

"SECTION __. Section 4 of chapter 94G of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2018 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 239, the word “, billboard”.

SECTION __. Said section 4 of said chapter 94G, as so appearing, is hereby further amended by striking out, in line 271, the word “and”.

SECTION __. Said section 4 of said chapter 94G, as so appearing, is hereby further amended by inserting after the word “health” in line 274, the following words:- ; and (15) a prohibition on advertising, marketing and branding by means of billboards."
