School expulsions for marijuana

Ms. Jehlen, Ms. Comerford, Ms. Moran, Ms. Rausch and Mr. Gomez move that the proposed new draft be amended by inserting after section 15 the following section:-

“SECTION XX. Section 37H of chapter 71 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2018 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out in line 45 the word “marijuana” and inserting after the word “heroin” the following words: “but excluding marijuana.”
