Local Impact Fee

Mr. Tarr moves that the proposed new draft be amended by striking lines 61-97 in its entirety and inserting in place thereof the following new section:-

"SECTION_. Section 3 of chapter 64N as appearing in the 2020 official edition is hereby amended by striking the following:-“not greater than 3 per cent” and inserting in place thereof the following:-“not greater than 6 per cent”
