Ms. Jehlen and Ms. Moran move that the proposed new draft be amended by striking in lines 203 and 204 the words “and (iv) a process by which a license is sold as a result of a licensee’s default on a loan from the fund.”, and inserting in place there of the following:-

“(iv) procedures and policies to ensure that applicants and grantees come from all license types; and (v) a process by which a license is sold as a result of a licensee’s default on a loan from the fund.”
