Setting A Timeframe For Host Community Agreement Review

Mr. Moore, Ms. Moran, Ms. Gobi, Messrs. Timilty, Tarr and Feeney move that the proposed new draft be amended in section 5, in proposed paragraph (3) of subsection (d), by adding the following sentence:- “The commission shall complete its review of an agreement required by this subsection not later than 120 days after it is received by the commission.”.
