Low-Income Services Solar Program

Ms. Chang-Diaz, Mr. O'Connor and Ms. Rausch move that the proposed new text be amended in SECTION 53, by striking out, in line 723, the word “and” and, by inserting after the words “section 46”, in line 724, the following words:- “; and (iv) $500,000 to the low-income services solar program established in section 54 of chapter 8 of the acts of 2021.”

and

by inserting after section ___ the following section:- “SECTION ___. Section 54 of chapter 8 of the acts of 2021 is hereby amended by striking out the following words:- “not to exceed $500,000 in a fiscal year,”.
