Preventing Financial Recovery Funds from Black Market Use

Mr. Keenan moves that the proposed new text be amended in section 5, by striking out, in line 42, the words ", referrals and direct or indirect financial recovery" and inserting in place thereof the following words:- " and referrals"; and

By striking out, in line 44, the words "and attend treatment or other counselling to be eligible for direct or indirect financial recovery; provided, however, that financial recovery shall not exceed $5,000 per participant.".
